He was introduced to jazz drums by his father and later became immersed in classical and jazz music. After graduating, he embarked on a professional career as a jazz and pop musician, with a diverse and flexible playing style. He has participated in the production and recording of singers such as Ming Dao, Wonfu, Peggy Hsu, Cosmos People, and Amber An, and his performances have taken him not only to Taiwan but also to China, Italy, France, Mexico, and Canada. He currently teaches at the Department of Music at Shih Chien University and is a musician in the "Formosa Mission Jazz Band," "Sizhukong Jazz Band," "Shangou Big Brother Band," "Tangchuan Jazz Big Band," and "Su Sheng-yu Organ3 Band." Among them, the album "Ciao Bella", which he participated in producing, won the Best Instrumental Album at the 31st Golden Melody Awards, and the album "Eaves Song" won the Best Hakka Album at the 34th Golden Melody Awards. In 2024, "Sheep Tail Boy Reads Poetry" was nominated for three awards at the 35th Golden Melody Awards.
